Our secondary SEND school in central Winchester is seeking committed Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a real difference.

Role: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Winchester (central, with excellent public transport links and on-site parking) Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour Contract: Initially through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent school contract following a successful probation period.
Requirements: To apply, you must meet the following criteria: Hold at least one of the following: NVQ in Childcare Experience working with SEND pupils in a school setting Experience supporting children with complex needs Pass grades in GCSE English and Maths.
What You'll Do: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to provide targeted support, helping them to access learning and reach their potential.
The role involves assisting with academic work, behavior management, and personal development activities tailored to each child's needs.
