Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to students Support individual students or small groups, including those with special educational needs (SEN) Help with classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment Encourage and support students to engage with their learning and maintain focus What We're Looking For: Experience working with children in an educational setting (ideal but not essential) A positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting students Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential An enhanced child workforce DBS check (we can help you with this if you don't have one already) A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential How to Apply: Ready to take on a flexible, rewarding role as a Supply Teaching Assistant in East Sussex?
