About the Role: - Position: Teaching Assistant - Location: Primarily Exeter, but we welcome applicants from across Devon - Start Date: Immediate - Commitment: Part-time and full-time positions available Key Responsibilities: - Supporting children with ASD in a classroom setting to ensure a comfortable and engaging learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with the classroom teacher to implement individualized support plans.
- Assisting students in developing social and communication skills to enhance classroom participation.
- Modifying activities and learning materials to meet each child's unique needs.
- Building supportive relationships with students to foster their confidence and independence.

What We're Looking For: - Prior experience working with children with ASD or SEN (Special Educational Needs) is highly beneficial.

- Strong communication skills for working with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills on the job.
