Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee the provision for students with SEND/SEMH needs, ensuring their progress and well-being.You will:* Manage and lead the SEND faculty.
* Inspire and develop teaching staff and teaching assistants.
* Make strategic contributions to the academy's direction, particularly regarding SEND and inclusion.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accurate documentation.
