Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee the provision for students with SEND/SEMH needs, ensuring their progress and well-being.\n\nYou will:\n* Manage and lead the SEND faculty.\n* Inspire and develop teaching staff and teaching assistants.\n* Make strategic contributions to the academy's direction, particularly regarding SEND and inclusion.\n* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accurate documentation.\n* Drive curriculum and enrichment opportunities for SEND students.\n\nRequirements\nThe successful candidate will have:\n* A proven track record of successful SEND leadership and measurable impact.\n* Outstanding teaching practice in their subject area, with evidence of raising attainment.\n* National Professional Qualification for SEND (NASENCO) or be working towards the NPQ in SEND.\n* At least four years' leadership experience, preferably in SEND or pastoral areas.\n* Strong organisational and communication skills to lead and inspire staff.\n\nWhy Choose Mana Education?\nSince 2009, Mana Education has supported candidates with insights into schools, their environments, and the application process.
