We are looking to take on an experienced Teaching Assistant.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work in fantastic Further Education setting in the heart of Cardiff, with staff who are committed to ensuring the progression and success of their students, and in a learning environment that promotes high-quality learning and skills development.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the Tutors, with NEET Students, who require a strong and consistent mentors to guide them.
We are looking for someone with a diverse and relevant background in areas such as social and youth work.
Out successful Teaching Assistant will:
Have experience with challenging behaviours Have social/youth worker, diverse background experience Have great behavioural management skills/experience with challenging behaviour Have a basic understanding of Well-being, Employability, Essential Skills, soft/hard skills and life skills
