Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching of Social Science subjects, with a primary focus on Psychology, across KS4 and KS5.
Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans to inspire a love of learning.
Monitor and support student progress, ensuring the achievement of high academic standards.
Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and departmental planning.
Participate actively in the life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and community engagement.
Requirements The successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Possess a degree in Psychology or a related field .
Have experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 (A-Level experience is highly desirable).
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a strong ability to engage students with varied abilities.
Show a track record of raising student achievement and a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Exhibit strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Be enthusiastic about working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
