Davison CE High School has a vacancy for a full-time motivated and skilled Teacher of Mathematics, either with experience or at the start of their career.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic colleague who can demonstrate their ability as an excellent classroom practitioner to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Mathematics department.
Establishing strong relationships with students is key to developing their confidence and competence in Mathematics.
The successful candidate can be assured that our students, described by OFSTED as showing 'exemplary behaviour' will be focused on their learning and very appreciative of the help and support given.
The successful candidate will be confident in using their knowledge and expertise to monitor progress, give regular feedback and encourage our students to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study.
We require a Mathematics specialist who: •has a passion for mathematics and are able to make lessons relevant and fun•is eager to learn, develop and push the boundaries of mathematics teaching•is able to enthuse, engage and motivate students•possesses excellent ICT skills•is committed to enrichment/extra-curricular activities We are a school, which sets high standards for both students and staff.
