Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.
Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure a structured and nurturing classroom environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Promote positive social, emotional, and academic development.
Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and other professionals.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
Experience working with students with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
