Taking client ownerships, leading the delivery of customer solutions as the primary technical lead and customer contact for solution-related inquiries, ensuring alignment with needs and objectives.
Providing solution designs, and providing technical support client needs, and ensuring projects are delivered.
You will allocate resources effectively and address any misalignment in time or budget planning – Acting as the bridge between clients and the engineering/presales team.
Key Skills Excellent knowledge around Connectivity, Cisco LAN/WAN, Wifi, Aruba, Firewalls Excellent knowledge of Fortinet Deliver high-quality customer solutions by thoroughly understanding requirements before engagement, capturing scope changes, Ensuring associated commercial elements are addressed.
