My client is an industry leading print business, established over 60 years ago they are a pioneer within the marketing and communications side of the industry.
Based at their head office in Cheadle, they're looking for an experience Office Administrator to join their Procurement team on a part-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is an experienced office administrator, perhaps looking to broaden their skillset and move over into procurement.
This role is working a minimum of 25 hours per week, between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
This role offers Hybrid working - you'll work 2/3 days in the office and the rest at home.
The Role - Coordinate service desk activities including booking travel, ordering stationery and catering supplies, generally supporting the purchasing and procurement teams with admin duties - Gather pricing and quotations and preparing options for goods and services - Accurately raise purchase orders in a timely manner - Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Deal with service desk requests from internal customers and keep customers fully updates with the status and progress of their orders, resolving issues when required - Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner The Person - Has excellent organisation and time management skills - Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently - Can work comfortably in a fast-paced environment - Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English at C level or above) - Competent user of Microsoft computer packages including Word, Excel and Outlook Salary + Benefits Base salary is £10.50 per hour rising to £11.50 per hour on completion of a successful probation period.
