Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Tax Manager to join our finance team.
This role involves managing all aspects of VAT, Corporation Tax, and Employment Taxes, ensuring compliance and providing expert tax advice across the business .
Key Responsibilitie s: VATReview month-end VAT postings and reconciliatio ns.Oversee quarterly VAT return preparations and submissions via Sa ge.Provide VAT advice to the business on various projec ts.Corporation TaxReview annual tax pack information for external tax adviso rs.Manage quarterly instalment payment calculatio ns.Responsible for iXBRL tagging of financial statemen ts.Oversee tax and deferred tax postings, including disclosures in financial statemen ts.Finalise year-end tax retur ns.Manage transfer pricing arrangements and identify potential R&D clai ms.Employment Ta xesReview and reconcile monthly reports on share options and dividen ds.Prepare year-end share options reports and retur ns.Ensure PSA complian ce.Provide tax advice on Long-Term Incentive Schem es.
Experience & Qualificati ons:CTA qualif ied.ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification is desirable but not essent ial.General tax advisory backgro und.
