YOUR ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our finance team.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations, optimise tax strategies and drive improvements in tax processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping our tax strategy and contributing to the continued success of CEVA Logistics.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's tax functions.
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns in compliance with relevant tax laws and deadlines.
Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to manage tax filings and audits.
Identify tax-saving opportunities and contribute to the development of tax-efficient strategies for CEVA.
Advise on the tax implications of business decisions, such as mergers, acquisitions and investments.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on CEVA's financial position.
Prepare and review tax provisions for quarterly and annual financial statements.
Identify potential tax risks and issues, offering advice and support in mitigating risks.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate will have a professional tax certification like CTA, ACA, ACCA or ATT along with proven experience in corporate tax management.
This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws, excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly.
The ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
