Position Overview: As a Talent Sourcer, you will contribute to our company's growth through finding exceptional consultants, working with Talent Acquisition Partners and under the Head of Talent.
Key Responsibilities: Create informative and compelling job specs for open positions Source and engage with potential and passive candidates through job boards, social media, relationship building and other channels Build pipelines of talent for data, cloud and digital transformation teams, using our ATS to track and maintain talent pools Educate external talent about Amber Labs Identify and evaluate potential candidates based on profiles, and prequalify them through conducting detailed candidate screening conversations Provide pre-qualified candidates to recruiters to interview and progress for open positions Collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and internal employees to schedule interviews Create a positive candidate experience for talent you engage with, including in the feedback provided to successful and unsuccessful candidates Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with recruiters for broader communication with internal stakeholders Requirements: Prior Talent Acquisition experience within the technology sector.
Working knowledge or experience of recruiting DV/SC personnel.
Ability to work creatively, effectively, and productively utilising a variety of tools and resources to support hiring strategies to identify difficult-to-find, talented candidates.
Ability to support and prioritise multiple talent searches based on business needs.
Experience in technology, data engineering, cloud engineering and/or digital transformation.
Ability to function in a fast-paced/agile environment and shift focus quickly while working autonomously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and LinkedIn.
