The Role: As our Talent & Organisation Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in aligning our Global Talent Management strategy with IRIS's growth objectives.
You will be responsible for leading our Talent Management Programmes and ensuring we have the best-in-class development to attract and retain top talent.
Leading a high-performing team, you will design and implement programmes that enhance skills, capabilities, and career growth, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for leadership and specialist roles.
You'll work with VP, Talent and HR Directors to identify and nurture top performers, high-potential leaders, early careers, and underrepresented groups.
You will drive this through a well-executed Succession Planning Strategy to ensure we retain and grow and employees.
You will work with the local functions to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time and ensure we have a robust Organisational Design and Development programme for the global business, working closely with the team on the evolving Global TOM.
