Children, Youth, and Family Worker | Camborne, Cornwall | Full Time | £30,000–£34,000 (depending on experience) Are you passionate about sharing Jesus with children, young people, and families?
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, Spirit-led individual to join their team as a Children, Youth, and Family Worker.
This is an exciting full-time role for someone with a heart for young people, for outreach, discipleship, and making a lasting impact in God's kingdom.
They are a welcoming, spirit-led community with a deep commitment to worship, mission, and making Jesus known.
They aim to create a space where individuals and families can grow in their faith, encounter God's love, and live empowered lives.
Their existing ministries include: Sunday Kids Club (for primary-aged children) Midweek Baby Group (for under 1s) Midweek Youth Group (for ages 11–16) They are excited to expand their ministry and deepen connections with the church and the wider community.
One of their priority is to initiate a midweek children's club for primary school children.
Are you the right person for the job?
You will be a committed Christian with: Proven experience in children, youth, or family ministry A passion for sharing the gospel and supporting others in their faith journey Strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective teams A creative, innovative approach to outreach and discipleship A good understanding of safeguarding policies A good level of biblical understanding What will your role look like?
Lead and develop dynamic ministries for children, youth, and families.
Create opportunities for spiritual growth and meaningful relationships.
Plan and deliver engaging activities, outreach events, and discipleship programs.
Equip parents and carers to nurture faith at home.
Recruit, train, and support a team of passionate volunteers.
Manage safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a creative approach to ministry, and a genuine love for God's Word.
