DescriptionOxford Economics, a leading economic forecasting and consulting firm, is looking to hire a Talent Development Lead.
The post holder is responsible for shaping and implementing innovative learning and development initiatives, driving career progression strategies, overseeing early career programmes, and managing performance review cycles and appraisals.
This role will champion a culture of learning and ensure the professional growth of employees, supporting Oxford Economics' talent development.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and promote first-class professional development by executing innovative learning experiences that align with the organisation's evolving needs.Cultivate a robust learning culture across Oxford Economics.Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to create comprehensive training agendas and materials, including templates, non-specialist content, and visuals.Ensure smooth enrolment and onboarding for new starters in priority learning programmes by producing high-quality learning resources and delivering selected onboarding and induction sessions.Develop and manage the performance review cycle and appraisal processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals and employee career progression.Provide support and guidance to managers on setting objectives and delivering meaningful performance feedback.Manage performance management issues, providing guidance and solutions that align with the company policies and goals.Develop a structured learning journey for the 2-year graduate programme, suggest improvements, and lead the creation of learning and development initiatives tailored to early career talent.Manage L&D projects from inception to completion, including organising key project meetings, developing project plans, defining budgets, and monitoring progress.Own and deliver ad hoc tasks and L&D initiatives as assigned by the Head of HR. Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseProven experience in driving and promoting professional development.Strong ability to cultivate a learning culture.Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts.Skills in producing high-quality learning resources.Experience in managing performance review cycles and appraisals.Ability to provide effective support to managers.Experience in managing performance management issues.Experience developing structured learning journeys for graduate programmes.Ability to manage L&D projects effectively.Flexibility to own and deliver ad hoc L&D initiatives.
