Our Talent Acquisition Team has a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join them in Manchester.
Our Role Our Talent Coordinator will manage and deliver the end-to-end onboarding, internal move and managed move processes including employee security screening and existing employee screening renewals.
In addition, the successful candidates will provide process guidance to the business, be first point of contact for queries and provide professional administration support to the Talent Acquisition team.
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.
There is opportunity for agile working as part of this role following completion of your probationary period.
What we're looking for Proven administration experience within a customer facing role; Working knowledge of recruitment and the onboarding process; Knowledge of VISA Sponsorship; Strong stakeholder management skills; Good attention to detail; Skilled in MS Office; Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems such as SAP; Full UK Driving licence.
