Job Overview: We're looking for a creative Talent Attraction Partner to join us to develop and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns, be the voice of our employer brand and support UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) to attract diverse talent to its workforce.

You will proactively develop and run recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction projects that attract diverse talent to the UKRI Workforce.
Working as part of the UKRI Talent team to champion new ways of working, support project implementation and run established activities, ensuring UKRI are best placed to attract the right people at the right time.
Offer subject matter expert advice and specialist guidance that meets customer needs and shapes campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Attraction Design and create content which captures the essence of working at UKRI, our employer brand and is consistent, appealing and accessible to target audiences.
Manage a schedule of content aligned to the talent attraction strategy.
Updating and collaborating with colleagues to update content on multiple social platforms keeping content relevant, timely and impactful to engage target audiences.
Develop and run talent attraction projects, ensuring communication, engagement and metrics are effective and aligned to best practice.
Support the Talent Attraction team with the creation and activation of the UKRI Talent Attraction Framework as well as supporting individual council or skill attraction strategies.
Support organisational understanding of social platforms, supporting initiatives to build employee advocacy across the organisation by creating content and delivering training.
Work with colleagues across UKRI to understand and improve the candidate journey and experience across our careers sites, website pages and microsites.
Using analytics to make recommendations for improvements.
Using available data, create metrics to support the Talent Attraction team to measure and report to key stakeholders on the impact of initiatives.
Use this reporting to inform future processes, continuous improvement and annual procurement of each product.
To keep up to date with job-related developments, proposing ideas to ensure attraction strategies are competitive in the fast-paced external market.
Work closely with UKRI Recruitment delivery team, Communications and ED&I colleagues to ensure that varied attraction methods and activities are aligned.
Project Management Proactively manage multiple, ongoing projects at the same time.
Support projects through development and into business as usual.
Take responsibility for tasks and projects, an active role in team meetings and make informed recommendations on projects.
Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, working collaboratively across HR and UKRI to build awareness, embed talent attraction initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Using knowledge of various attraction methods, work collaboratively on complex recruitment campaigns across teams.
HR Community Work with HR colleagues to ensure that the 'One HR' culture is role-modelled and that HR initiatives and proposed changes are prioritised, appropriate, well planned, and well delivered.
Person Specification: Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
(S) – Assessed at shortlisting
(I) – Assessed at interview
(S&I) – Assessed at both shortlisting and interview.

Essential Experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand or talent attraction (S & I) An understanding of an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand and the role it plays in attracting talent.
(S & I) Experience of developing recruitment marketing campaigns with a good understanding of the available channels, metrics, and strategies that can be deployed to reach the target audience (S & I) Effective communication and evidenced copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail (S & I) Experience creating engaging, authentic, and accessible content with design skills in Canva or similar.
(S &I) Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels within a large complex organisation.
(I) Highly organised and self-reliant.
Comfortable working at pace on multiple projects with the ability to progress projects pragmatically and deliver to deadlines effectively, in an evolving landscape.
(I) Hybrid Working This opportunity is offered on a hybrid working basis.
Your base location can be either Polaris House, Swindon, Wiltshire or Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Didcot, Oxfordshire.
Anticipated visits to your base location would be approximately 2 days per month for collaborative working.
