About the Role: Our client is looking for a dynamic Talent Agent to join their team, working with a diverse roster of content creators, musicians, actors, TV personalities, and models with strong digital audiences.
This role is focused entirely on identifying and securing commercial opportunities for talent, including brand partnerships, events, experiential projects, sponsorships, and ambassadorships.
As a Talent Agent, you will be responsible for forming close, collaborative relationships with the talent on your roster, understanding their unique strengths and goals, and proactively seeking opportunities that align with their career trajectories.
This role requires a creative and strategic individual with a strong understanding of the entertainment, digital, and fashion landscapes.
Key Responsibilities: The role includes but is not limited to – Develop and secure commercial partnerships for talent, including brand deals, sponsorships, ambassadorships, and experiential opportunities.
Build and maintain close working relationships with talent, ensuring a deep understanding of their personal brands and career ambitions.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal terms for talent while safeguarding their interests.
Proactively scout for new commercial opportunities across relevant industries, keeping up with the latest trends and market movements.
Collaborate with creatives, brands, and partners to deliver successful campaigns and partnerships.
Attend key industry events, leveraging networking opportunities to enhance visibility for talent and generate new business.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management, with a focus on brand partnerships and commercial deals.
Proven experience in negotiating contracts and closing successful commercial agreements.
Strong interest in social media, digital talent, and the entertainment and fashion industries.
A track record of building and maintaining client and talent relationships.
Skills and Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with talent.
Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to deliver results.
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
