Salary on offer for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience The role: As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work alongside the Recruitment Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle to attract, evaluate and hire top talent in to the business.
Your expertise in sourcing candidates, understanding workforce needs, and building relationships will contribute to the success and growth of the organisation.
Key Accountabilities; Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Review CVs and applications Conduct initial screening interviews to access candidate skills, experience and cultural fit Partner with hiring managers in the business to gain an understanding of job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Provide insights and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
Create compelling job descriptions and post jobs openings across various platforms to attract quality candidates Enhance the businesses branding through consistent and engaging communication.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
Manage the pre-onboarding process Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the ATS Generate reports to measure recruitment success, such as time to fil and quality of hire metrics Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organisational policies.
The candidate: Proven experience in recruiting in a high-volume, multi-site business Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work under a fast and fluid pace.
