Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - 12 month FTC ( Maternity Cover) Location : Cumbernauld, Milton Keynes or Middlebrook, Bolton (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, - travel between sites may be required) Reports to: Talent Acquisition and Employee Brand Manager role Let's Grow!!!

What we're looking for… As an experienced recruiter, you will offer expert guidance and support to our community -  becoming a trusted partner in securing the very best talent for our business.
You will bring your experience across every part of the recruitment life cycle and apply it to the roles that you look after,  from attraction through to onboarding - offering expertise and insight, managing a quality experience and influencing decision making and positive outcomes.
Working closely with the TA and EB Manager, the wider HR team and key business partners you will use your stakeholder management, energy and positive approach to drive recruitment KPIs that influence the service and value we provide across our business Your responsibilities will include: Partner with hiring managers  to deliver a high level of recruiter support -  leading briefing conversations and providing a consultative service Own the end to end process for the roles you look after - including designing the attraction strategy, direct sourcing, creating engaging application and selection processes through to a successful offer and onboarding experience.
Offer insight and coaching to influence recruitment decision making, enhance hiring manager capability, drive cost efficiency and achieving key recruitment metrics Build and develop talent pools and networks of candidates to respond quickly to business needs Own the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience and driving advocacy Utilise all available attraction channels, including social media to engage potential candidates and support Employer Branding activity Stay close to TA trends, best practice and any relevant changes to legislation  What you will bring: Recent experience in a fast paced recruitment role with proficiency across of all elements of the life cycle including direct sourcing Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other software applications Excellent organisational and time-management skills, comfortable dealing with volume Developed written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide coaching and upskilling as required Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members What we offer… We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice can be heard.  Our skilled, loyal and committed people are critical to the future success of AG Barr which is why we are continually investing in our employees to develop their talent.
