What You'll Be Doing Managing full-cycle recruitment for customer care roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Crafting and executing localized recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Birmingham.
Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business needs.
Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including direct outreach and networking.
Analyzing recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and achieve hiring goals.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house expertise.
Strong understanding of the Birmingham talent market, particularly in customer care hiring.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Adaptability and a proactive, hands-on approach to recruitment challenges.
Confidence in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and offering innovative solutions.
