Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: London Based – Hybrid (2 days)
Salary: £44,000 to £55,000 with a bonus between £3,000 and £5,000 depending on experience.
Job Type: Full time/ Permanent

Our client is a leading car insurance provider, empowering over 4 million drivers across Europe and now expanding into the UK market.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire selection process, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring pipeline that meets organizational goals.Conduct direct headhunting to identify and attract top-tier candidates while optimizing sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and industry events.Design, refine, and implement selection processes to optimize candidate evaluation and overall hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.Collaborate with business leaders and management as a trusted advisor to align hiring plans with workforce needs, organizational priorities, and talent strategies.Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and leverage Talent Acquisition data reports to support decision-making and lead analytics projects for continuous process improvement.Develop candidate engagement strategies to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, events, and partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies.About you: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Proven experience in international hiring across diverse markets.Excellent direct sourcing skills (particularly on LinkedIn).Strong knowledge of the UK talent market, including trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.Fluency in English.Bachelor's degree or higher education.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across multicultural teams.Proven experience in stakeholder management, including collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.A proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.Desirable: Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish to support international hiring efforts across diverse regions.Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and recruitment metrics tracking.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to optimize the hiring process.Knowledge of employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction.Benefits: From private medical insurance to discounted gym memberships and wellbeing initiatives: we're here to support you.
