We can only achieve this by working with great people and as such we are currently seeking Talent Acquisition Partners to join our recruitment delivery teams in supporting clients throughout NI.

Key Responsibilities Working across a number of key accounts prioritising client needs to deliver on requirements in line with client SLAs.
Manage relationships with our customers hiring managers by having meetings to qualify their requirements for every job requisition.
Ensure that all job requisition details are correct and agree on a recruitment plan for the role including timelines and forecasted start dates.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress.
Listen to and understand client requirements so to best action requests.
Accurately update all recruitment trackers and present Recruitment progress updates at client meetings.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports and business updates.
Deliver on different metrics such as SLAs & KPIs and ensure that they are being achieved.
Consistency with communication and ensure that updates are given in a timely manner.
Ensure delivery of client hiring requirements.
Have a deep understanding of our clients employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.
Manage the recruitment for direct applicants and provide an excellent candidate experience through all touchpoints of the candidate journey.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the clients technical & personal competencies as well as being a culture fit.
Ensure that evidence of qualifications is obtained where they are an essential criteria for the job description.
Manage the candidate through the interview and offer process.
Management of candidate onboarding ensuring all documentation as per customer requirement are on file prior to start date.
Ensure that correct processes are followed throughout the agency workers assignment.
Support the project of moving recruitment activity recording away from offline mechanisms and into our internal CRM Jobscience.
Once the projected has been completed maintain all activity on our internal CRM Jobscience.
Participate actively in all future projects to improve our efficiencies and streamline processes Requirements for this role 2+ years experience within Talent Management or Recruitment.
Experience supporting and delivering across a variety of projects.
Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record or meeting delivery SLAs & KPIs.
Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.

KPIs Achieving time to hire targets Accuracy and transparency in recruitment activity reporting.
Track and record all recruitment activities in internal and client systems Relevant surveys to be issued monthly 100% Audit pass for compliance contingent worker documentation requirements.
Quality of hire to be maintained to a high standard ensuring all hires have the required experience and are thoroughly screened to assess their commitment to the role Skills: Talent Acquisition Recruitment In House Recruitment
