Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner - Business (Maternity Cover) to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment initiatives globally, utilizing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, negotiation, and offer extension.Utilize diverse sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.Assess candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with organizational values and requirements.Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.Maintain accurate candidate records and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.A minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in business-related or executive roles.Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top professionals.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.Rewards in return for your commitmentWork from home Wednesdays!Health insuranceOptical benefit & dental benefit25 annual leave days + bank holidaysGym reimbursement scheme30-day work from anywhere policyPension scheme via AvivaBonuses
