What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Lead?
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be at the heart of our exciting journey, driving the success of our partnership.
You'll execute our strategic vision, hit ambitious hiring targets, meet SLAs, and spearhead impactful improvement projects.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Leading the Team: Empower Your Team : Take charge as the direct line manager of Talent Acquisition Partner(s) and oversee any collaborative support from our centers of excellence.

Managing Service Delivery: Lead with Strategy : Execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for each new requisition, ensuring a fast, impactful, and positive experience for everyone involved.
Exceed Expectations : Meet and go beyond all service level agreements and partnership objectives, showcasing the value of seamless and effective recruitment.
Deliver Quality Results : Personally manage key hires with significant tech and Centre of Excellence support, and uphold the quality of all work produced by the team.
Partnership Management: Enhance the Experience : Deliver a world-class experience for key stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates, while expanding our influence within the client organization.
Offer Insightful Expertise : Collaborate with the Client Services Director to provide meaningful insights and talent market intelligence, keeping stakeholders ahead of the curve.
Champion Innovation : Drive improvements in the client's Talent Acquisition function with forward-thinking ideas that enhance processes and deliver tangible value.

International Experience : You're adept at working across multiple European geographies (ideally including Germany, France and Spain) and can bring knowledge of these markets to drive great candidate engagement and quality hiring process Master of Recruitment & Relationship-Building: You're a recruitment powerhouse with an instinct for building genuine trust with clients and candidates alike.
