If so read on, as we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract!
As a trusted advisor to your business area(s), you'll provide a full end-to-end recruitment service from initial vacancy briefing with the hiring manager, through to sourcing candidates using multiple channels, screening, declining or progressing successful candidates through to offer and onboarding via our in-house onboarding system.
Every step of the candidate must be a positive, brand-enhancing journey.
You'll have exceptional candidate management skills, as you'll be our brand ambassador and ensure all candidates whether they are successful or not, are communicated with either via the ATS or verbally.
You'll determine the best route to market for your allocated vacancies, whether that's via job boards, social media or, networking etc., whilst also developing a strong pipeline of potential talent for your current and future vacancies and keeping interested candidates 'warm'.
Your stakeholder communication skills will be second to none, as you'll ensure all requirements are fully captured and that they're kept fully up to date with their campaign progress.
Keeping our ATS fully updated is also key to achieving seamless recruitment campaigns.
It'll be challenging working within a fast-paced high-pressured environment, but with your strong attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task you'll rise to this challenge.
It'll be rewarding to see your direct sourcing and talent pipelining efforts pay off and your stakeholders are pleased with the quick turnaround in their vacancies being filled.
To be successful in this role, you'll be proactive, flexible, and credible in front of stakeholders.
You'll have the ability to pick up things quickly whether that's our processes or systems.
You'll have experience within a recruitment role, ideally in-house and end-to-end.
You'll be based out of Redditch, but with the flexibility to work from home or remotely 2-3 days a week.
It doesn't matter which industry or sector you have your experience gained with.
If you have recruitment experience, strong administration skills, and can 'hit the ground running' then we want to hear from you!
