The Talbot is a historic pub, located in the centre of Nantwich.
This popular town centre pub benefits from a busy front patio area and is a one room operation that is well zoned and caters for both drinkers and diners.
At the back of the pub there is an enclosed courtyard garden, that has plenty of covered seating, and is popular both during the summer and can be used all year round.
The pub operates a branded menu, therefore experience of working with a company menu would be an advantage.
The Talbot is currently taking £10,000 per week however we are looking for someone who can increase the sales through excellent customer service, food entertainment and pub teams.
The Talbot would suit an experienced town centre or community operator who can build on the already existing trade within pub, experience of food would be preferred.

A guaranteed annual retained sum of £25k, released weekly.
22% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT.
Low ingoing costs, deposits starting from £5,000 and £360 legal cost.
