Teaching Assistant with SEND Experience Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Teaching Assistant to join the agency and work in schools in Aylesbury and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities Individual Support: Work closely with a specific student, providing one-on-one support to assist with academic tasks, social skills, and daily activities.
Tailored Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the learning style and ability of the student, under the guidance of the classroom teacher and special education staff.
Behavioural Support: Implement behaviour management strategies and provide emotional support to help the student navigate challenges.
Collaboration: Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications Experience: Prior experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Knowledge: Familiarity with various learning disabilities and intervention strategies is an asset.
