They are backed by a larger entity and entirely stable.
They just hired an industry revered Systematic Equities quant researcher; he trained as a Computer Scientist, spent several years in tech and then joined a scientific trading firm where he made eye-watering profits with an ML driven strategy.
He is seeking a quantitatively minded engineer to join his pod as the first hire.
They will help build all the research and data infrastructure from the ground, and help with alpha generation where necessary.
This is arguably one of the best openings in the market right now.
Required background: Python and/or C++ expertise.
Computer Science or Electrical Engineering background.
Impactful and technically sophisticated project experience at a top tier firm – out of industry is fine, but there needs to be genuine appetite to work in a real-time, high impact environment.
