Systematic Crypto Researcher

A leading multi-strategy global hedge fund, managing over $50 billion AUM, is seeking a lead Systematic Crypto Quant Researcher to join its esteemed quantitative research team.
This firm is renowned for its innovative approach to systematic trading, leveraging advanced technology, deep data analysis, and quantitative research to achieve consistent market outperformance.
The quantitative research division manages over $20 billion across various strategies.
The successful candidate will join a high-calibre team of 12 Quant Researchers, focusing on statistical arbitrage and market neutral strategies within the crypto markets.
This individual will lead developing, testing, and implementing systematic trading models that exploit market inefficiencies in the digital asset space, supported by world-class infrastructure and data resources.
Required Experience: At least 3 years of experience developing quantitative research / systematic strategies in the digital asset space with a track record of deployed capital.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, along with strong data analysis capabilities using libraries like NumPy and pandas.
3+ years in a Tier 1 Hedge Fund, Asset Manager or Investment Bank Qualified candidates who are passionate about advancing crypto trading strategies within a top-tier hedge fund are encouraged to apply.
