An Automotive Giant is on the brink of a revolutionary change in the way they manage their materials, from Idea to Product, with the deployment of new manufacturing systems on-site.
To support this ambitious endeavour, they are actively seeking an experienced Technical/Systems Trainer to join their team.
This role is not about content creation but rather building a comprehensive training program from start to finish.
You will take ownership of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training matrices to ensure relevance and effectiveness for the end user.
This means engaging with stakeholders and developing strong relationships to understand how various learning styles impact the training process.
Your ability to take a relatively undefined process and shape it into a structured, meaningful learning experience will be key to the role's success.
You will create a blended learning approach, which will be delivered through e-learning and classroom-based training programs.
This includes managing the TNA and delivering training material, with exposure to e-learning technologies such as RISE, Articulate 360, or SAP Enable Now being highly desirable.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver top-notch training programs that empower end-users and provide them with a unified end-to-end process and toolset.

We are looking for someone who has successfully delivered TNA and learning programs from start to finish across various sectors, with experience in creating and delivering training face-to-face.

This is a 6-month contract role, paying £300 per day inside IR35.
