Job summary We are looking for an individual to help us harness the power of data to shape and improve NHS services for local communities through being evidence and data driven.
As a System Intelligence (SI) Analyst in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB you will learn to shape and analyse data to drive better decision making to support the NHS to deliver the best it can for patients and communities.
Commissioning organisations work with partners to identify which services should be provided for their population, along with the monitoring and review of these services.
Your analysis will provide the essential insight to ensure that these decisions are data driven.

Main duties of the job We're seeking someone who can produce clear, well-presented analysis and reports that highlight findings and insights through effective data visualization and commentary.
It requires strong SQL skill, attention to detail, collaborative relationships, and curiosity to understand the problem, with a developing knowledge of the subject to respond in context and to fulfil the information need.
As part of the System Intelligence function you will be: Providing insights on business activity, costs, quality, and performance, presenting information in a consistent, unified format so that the organisation operates from a single, reliable source of truth.
Supporting the team to produce standardised routine reporting, develop new reports and insights, and complete one-off project analysis.
