System Engineer - Phased Arrays We are working with an innovative client specializing in cutting-edge RF MEMS technology.
They are seeking a System Engineer to help develop next-generation phased arrays for SATCOM and 5G applications.
This role will focus on system simulation, algorithm development, and specification writing for high-performance, low-cost smart antenna solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed system requirements based on customer specifications.
Ensure all requirements comply with relevant regulations.
Define RF system board layout strategies and integration plans.
Lead system-level RF integration and debugging activities.
Design algorithms to control RF blocks and collaborate with the digital hardware and software teams for integration and validation.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge and experience in RF and system modeling.
Expertise in algorithm development for complex systems.
Proven experience in system integration, prototyping, and transitioning designs to production.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Desirable Skills: In order to achieve the top salary for this role you must have the following experience: PCB layout experience for complex systems.
Experience with link budget calculations and Keysight SystemVue.
PhD or advanced degree in RF Systems or Communications Theory is a plus.
