Job Opportunity: Systems Engineer Permanent Role – High Wycombe area. This is an opportunity to manage complex systems and lead in detailed requirements management. This is a Systems Engineering role with a focus on Requirements Management where your expertise in requirements knowledge will help to drive innovate ideas to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to gather, define, and document system requirements. Ensure that these requirements align with the project goals. Manage and prioritise changes to requirements, maintaining flexibility and adaptability. Integrate requirements into the overall systems engineering process for effective communication across teams. Effectively use the relevant requirements management tools to organize, track, and ensure traceability of requirements. Analyse and validate requirements for completeness, feasibility, and quality. Provide insights during design reviews to evaluate the impact of requirements on system architecture and functionality. Participate in meetings to help shape project direction with your expertise. Keep documentation organized according to procedures and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is desirable. Proven experience in requirements management. Experience of working on and seeing through the completion of complex systems engineering projects. Knowledge and understanding of the latest requirements management tools and methodologies. Strong analytical skills to effectively validate system requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
