As our next System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain, you'll be at the heart of innovation, driving the development of advanced powertrain systems that set the standard for luxury and performance.Who We're Looking For:We need someone who's not just committed and dedicated, but also analytical, creative, and adaptable.
You'll bring critical thinking skills and an openness to new ideas, thriving in a role that requires you to think beyond traditional approaches.Key Responsibilities: Lead the systems development and feature delivery of distributed functions in the powertrain domain, such as combustion engine, electric motor, and transmission control.Analyse and organise stakeholder requirements, deriving system requirements to ensure seamless functionality.Identify diagnostic requirements for the systems and develop logical, functional, and system architecture diagrams.Allocate system requirements to elements of the system, defining interfaces that ensure optimal performance.
What You'll Be Doing: Shape the future of our products, having a direct impact on their development.Work with a team of experts, bringing together your analytical mindset and creativity to push the boundaries of automotive technology.Lead the systems development and feature delivery using the system engineering methodology with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Requirements: Degree qualified in electronics or software.Domain knowledge and a deep understanding of automotive product development (V-Cycle) from concept to launch completion.Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) using system Modelling language (SysML).Experience with system engineering tools such as Polarian & Capella.
