System Analyst

Job Title: EPR MIS System Analyst Location: Hybrid role – 5 days pw (2-3 onsite in Norwich) Contract: Inside IR35 (Band 5) Job Overview: An excellent opportunity for an EPR Management Information Systems (MIS) System Analyst to join the NHS Digital Health team, supporting the effective operation and continuous improvement of the MEDITECH Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring optimal system performance, troubleshooting issues, and aligning the EPR system with both clinical and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the MEDITECH EPR, ensuring efficient functionality and system performance.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver user training, and enhance system usability.
Conduct performance monitoring, data analysis, and create reports to support decision-making and compliance.
Support data integrity, system upgrades, and new feature implementations in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience in EPR systems within a healthcare setting; familiarity with NHS workflows and data governance standards.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to system improvement.
Good IT and Healthcare systems experience.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical and technical teams.
