System Administrator

Circa £40,000 per annum Reading (Mainly on-site) Permanent The Role Working for a rapidly growing organisation in Reading, you will be joining their small IT Team to support and deliver smarter technology.
Supporting the day to day operations, managing and maintaining Windows OS and M365 services, troubleshooting, offering technical support, ensuring robust network infrastructure and keeping clear documentation and compliance for processes and procedures will take up the majority of your time.
Other than BAU support, you will work on key projects implementing scripting and automation.
Ensuring Your Success Alongside demonstrable experience in a similar position, you will join this organisation with excellent communication skills with the appetite to grow, whilst adding value from day one.
You will posses strong general infrastructure support from 1st through to 3rd line, with a background using Windows OS, M365 and a strong network infrastructure capabilities.
You will have some understanding of Linux as well as web-based and database applications.
Previous experience scripting and utilising automation to increase efficiency and human error is highly desired.
