We have an existing opportunity to Join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in Cambuslang Gate, Main Street, Rutherglen.

You would be part of a successful, well established administration service working in a fast-phased environment and as a Clerical Assistant you would provide an efficient general finance processing service, including processing payments via PayPoint, cash handling and processing of orders and invoices via our oracle fusion system and other admin tasks to support operational staff, ensuring standards are met and within required timescales ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with Council style and within the timescales and deadlines agreed.
We welcome applications from people who are enthusiastic and motivated and have good keyboard, oral and written communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to provide a comprehensive admin support to our operational colleagues, undertaking a range of clerical tasks.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a busy office environment undertaking various clerical tasks and working to tight timescales.
The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
