To be considered for a Senior Practitioner post you will need to have extensive experience working in a statutory setting.
You will have knowledge of relevant policies, legislation, and guidance together with an ability to assess and manage risk.
To apply for a Senior Practitioner post you must have a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW or other recognised Social Work Qualification.
You must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council.
You must have a minimum of 3-year post-qualifying experience.This new role will offer a route for career progression for Social Workers who want to continue to develop their career without becoming a line manager of other workers.
