Main duties: You will be supporting the sales team's efforts working on leads generation and identifying market growth opportunities.
You will also ensure customers' continued satisfaction with all services provided by collecting their feedback and understanding their expectations.
The Role: - Present company's services to prospective and existing customers - Gather data and information on clients' organisation charts - Identify decisions makers within possible clients organisations and reach out by phone - Follow up by email and phone to discuss shared information further and secure business - Work towards targets and KPI's - Keep record of all exchanges to customise future communication - Collect feedback on service delivery and address any concern - Organise presentations and clients' meetings - Deliver sales reports to the management team on a regular basis The candidate: - Complete fluency in Swedish or Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory - Happy to work towards KPIs and targets - Ambitious and driven - Excellent communication skills - Strong sales personality - Confident and proactive candidate - Based at home in the UK Salary: around £35,000 per annum (please give us your salary expectations) with strong opportunities for progression
