Strong industry salary and benefits Mon to Fri Hybrid role - home based with national travel Here at ISS, as a premier Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to develop our central Sustainability offering deployed against public and private sector key accounts by recruiting a Programme and Change Lead.
Here, working within the central Sustainability team, engaging with stakeholders at all levels within central functions and account teams, you will be accountable for delivery of ISS UK&I Net-Zero (Carbon) Programme to ensure delivery of country and global environmental sustainability targets.
You will do this by leading a small Project team, delivering sustainability projects to deliver sustainability change activity in line with project timeline plus, budget and quality management including UK&I Estates, Carbon Data/Account Platform and Data Improvement Plan projects This is a fantastic role for a Programme Lead, familiar working with a variety of completing stakeholder interests who can delivery Programmes and Change a time of real growth in the central Sustainability function Actions will include: Work in collaboration with UK&I Supply Chain & Procurement to drive de-carbonisation of our supply chain inline with ISS requirements.
Engage with Key Account Directors & Sustainability Business Partners to upskill contract understanding on decarbonisation plans and activity reporting.
Support SME on creation of toolkits / products to enable this.
Manage the Sustainability PMO across the UK&I business with responsibility for department Risk, Issues, Dependencies and Opportunity (benefits) tracking.
Complete all required programme / project documentation.
Support with creation and implementation standardised processes to support delivery of multiple projects in multiple parts of the ISS UK&I enterprise; plus co-ordination with the wider group Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practice across workstreams in UK&I in regard to Sustainability, sharing knowledge and innovation where relevant Identify and manage risk / benefits associated with Sustainability in scope highlighting any business wide and/or critical risks/issues to the head of function We need from you: Extensive background in Programme & Change management: Proven experience in experience in developing and implementing sustainability programmes often with a background in environmental sustainability / CSR or related field Environmental Compliance: Familiarly with environmental laws, regulations, standards and frameworks e.g.
TCDF, CSRD, SBTi as a route to measure, manage and communicate sustainability performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience in engaging with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies across a (global) matrix organisation
