The role of Sustainability Consultant will focus strongly on collating key information to perform BREEAM Assessments.
A BREEAM assessment uses recognised measures of performance, which are set against established benchmarks, to evaluate a building's specification, design, construction and use.
The measures used represent a broad range of categories and criteria from energy to ecology.
Applications are invited from current Sustainability Consultant who are experienced in BREEAM or Building Physics, with a strong understanding of the energy sector and the challenges that the wider construction industry faces on a daily basis.
Whilst this role is not a graduate or trainee position, training is available and support will be offered to enhance qualifications and accreditations where needed in order to become a fully qualified BREEAM AP.
Working from their West Yorkshire offices on the outskirts of North Yorkshire, the appointed candidate can look forward to working in a friendly closely-knit team or circa 10 people.
