Job Title: Sustainability Consultant
Salary: £30,000 - £37,500
Location: Halifax

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising clients on sustainability strategies, helping them reduce their environmental impact, enhance sustainability performance, and comply with evolving regulations.
This dynamic position involves working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with their business strategies and long-term sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement bespoke sustainability strategies aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct detailed assessments of client operations to identify opportunities for environmental improvement, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable resource use.
Analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports, presenting actionable insights to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to embed sustainability principles into operations, supply chains, and corporate strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new regulations to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sustainability consulting or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficient understanding of sustainability frameworks such as EcoVadis, SBTi, GHG Protocol, ISO 14001, LEED, or BREEAM.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
