Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor.
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties.
This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.
We have new patch opportunities in a number of areas across the country.
Looking now for October to December starters.
Newcastle NE/Sunderland SR/Durham DH Darlington DL/Middlesborough TS Carlisle/Kendal/Lancaster CA/LA (part time considered) South London only inside M25, TW/KT/CR/BR Surrey/Sussex Crawley/Guildford/East Grinstead RH/GU Kingston/Guildford KT/GU Northampton/Kettering/Bedford/Peterborough NN/PE Worcester/Cheltenham/Gloucester WR/GL Cardiff/Newport CF/NP Derby/Nottingham DE/NG Crewe/Stoke on Trent/Stafford ST/CW Northampton/Milton Keynes/Bedford NN/MK (part time considered) Southampton/Portsmouth SO/PO (part time only) Permanent salaried roles with bonus scheme AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS with VRS surveyors required.
Must have good recent L2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation experience – L3 support will be provided.
Qualifications Experience in residential property surveys and assessments Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in using surveying tools and software Attention to detail and accuracy Professional accreditation or certification in surveying (RICS/VRS) is essential Valid driver's license
