They are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join their dynamic team following a successful growth period.
Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Optimisation: Identify strategies to optimize and diversify the portfolios under your management, enhancing asset value.
Lease Management: Oversee all lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and lease negotiations, while producing comprehensive financial reports for clients.
Property Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including setting and overseeing service charge budgets, addressing tenant queries, and collaborating with wider teams.
The Ideal Candidate: Experience: You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Property Asset Manager role.
MRICS qualification is a plus.
