Our ethos is simple: by providing customers with a safe and decent home, we enable them to realize their potential, enjoy their environment, and contribute to their community.As a Surveyor at Hyde, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent housing maintenance service, focusing on inspections, managing complaints, and ensuring the highest standards in building maintenance.Responsibilities:Conduct responsive pre and post inspections related to building maintenance.Manage damp and mould issues effectively, ensuring compliance with environmental health standards.Utilise the new TMC system for reporting and documentation.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.Produce technical reports, appraisals, and estimates as required.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify any risks associated with repairs.Skills and Experience Required:Minimum qualification: HND or HNC.Previous experience in social housing.Essential experience with damp and mould complaint management.Strong communication and customer service skills.Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.Benefits:A fantastic pension scheme.Life assurance coverage.Generous holiday entitlement.An award-winning flexible benefits package.Opportunities for volunteering days.
