Our client, a leading real estate consultancy, is expanding its Energy & Renewables team, which has doubled in size over the past year.
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing department at the forefront of renewable energy development, driving innovation and delivering exceptional value for landowners and developers alike.
In this role, you will represent landowners, promoting their land for renewable energy projects and ensuring their interests are protected throughout the project lifecycle.
Landowner Representation : Acting as a trusted advisor to landowners, promoting land for renewable energy developments and representing their interests.
Conducting nationwide site visits to assess properties, engage with developers, and build client relationships.
While MRICS accreditation is not essential, a strong background in the Energy and Renewables sector or an MRICS Surveyor with a keen interest in transitioning is highly desirable.
