Surveillance Analyst

Job Opportunity: Surveillance Analyst (12-Month Contract) Location: London Day Rate: £562.49 via umbrella Key Responsibilities: Conduct post-trade, electronic communications, and telephone surveillance.
Review exceptions from surveillance tools, escalating where necessary.
Provide written reports on market abuse risks such as IPOs and mergers.
Ensure best execution for clients through trade surveillance.
Develop and present analysis on trading activities and market manipulation.
Maintain and enhance surveillance controls and procedures.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance.
Attend business committees and provide effective contributions.
Lead internal and external audit reviews.
Conduct daily sanctions screening and risk analysis.Requirements: Experience with Trading Hub and Bloomberg TCA.
Knowledge of global equity and fixed income derivatives.
Strong understanding of MNPI and market abuse risks.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
